Our supply chain and logistics are not only efficient, but you can also rest assured that we will be able to provide the opportunity to connect with the quality suppliers for ingredients, materials, and other necessities that we use on a day-to-day basis.
Pokérrito is fully adapted to Vancouver’s green-living philosophy and our missions to raise awareness around plastic waste and how restaurants can proactively make decisions to help Vancouver go green. As an initiative towards a greener future, Pokérrito will be the first restaurant in Vancouver to have the “Bring your own bowl” function approved by Coastal Health. Pokérrito customers can bring in their own reusable containers to receive a 10% discount off of their purchase.
Pokérrito provides the tools to help you for ongoing success and growth of your business. Local and national support in the areas of operations, training, advertising, technology, marketing, real estate, construction, purchasing, and equipment purchasing and maintenance. This includes two weeks of training in the corporate stores and one week of on-site training.
The cost of a franchise is $30,000, payable upon signing of the Franchise Agreement.
The royalty is 5.5% of gross sales. You must use the POS system we designate and have internet access at your store location. Your POS system will be polled to keep track of sales.
The corporate advertising fee is 2% of gross sales. You are also required to spend 1% of gross sales on local advertising. We use the fees for creation, production and placement of commercial media advertising, public relations, market research, brand recognition, and in-house staff managing these determinations.
Restaurant experience is always valuable but, if you have knowledge running another type of business including working with employees and customers, managing cash and generating financial statements, we have a comprehensive training program and manuals as well as field operational staff that can help you acquire this business as well as provide ongoing support for you.
The Franchise Agreement is for 5 years and renewable for 10 additional years.
